How it works
Give your friend our contact information so they can start living their best life with our home care.
Email our program director at info@eviancare.com with your friend’s name and contact information, so we know that you referred them.
Once your friend has been a client for 90 days, we’ll send you a gift card to the store of your choice for $100!

To get a reward, you must inform us about the referral before they use our services. If you have referred someone in the past and they haven’t started using our services yet, send us their contact information and you’ll get your reward once they have been a client for 3 months.
